Flurries, Flurries

Flurries,
Gently falling from the sky
She starts asking why

Flurries,
You make the background beautiful
But why are my troubles still so plentiful?

Flurries,
You come and go
But my troubles never slow

Flurries,
Darkness descend
Your pure whiteness still ascend

Flurries,
Your impermanence
Makes her see beyond all continents

Flurries,
All things are transient
She realises

Flurries,
She says
My troubles are miniscule

As compared with
The vastness
of the Earth
